Full Project Description

We had to remove a roof system that was way past its waterproofing life and during a more than usual wet month of April. At completion of the roof replacement, the owner now has an R-30 insulated white reflective TPO roof system with a 20-year (no dollar limit) warranty. This building was surrounded with underground parking structure making our staging area at the loading dock to be very challenging. With coordination for the crane, dumpster and other tradesman utilizing the same area, we were able to complete the roof in a timely manner and give the owner a watertight building for years to come.
