General Project Overview

  • Replaced all coping, expansion joints, removed roofing down to decking, removed roofing on remainder of building as marked by infrared scan, replaced insulation. Coated the entire roof with Alphaguard BIO.
  • Shop fabricated standing seam coping and stainless steel expansion joints

Quality job with a happy customer, giving them a 20 year Tremco re-roof warranty, clean sharp looking roof, with what we would call no punch list, and a new almond standing seam coping.
