New collaborative space opened by Sagamore Development through the renovation of an old Baltimore City bus maintenance building. Full roof replacement with deck infill. Architectural feature of a band of black insulated metal wall panels around exterior perimeter walls with custom red at entrances requiring close coordination between the framing and glazing contractor. Extremely fast paced project with multiple last minute design changes. The project schedule demanded flexible scheduling and even required work through the Labor Day holiday in order to meet the needs of the client. Great project team embracing a spirit of cooperation and collaboration spearheaded by strong teams from Southway, Sagamore, and other trade contractors. In the end, the project was completed on time to the delight of a very pleased owner.
