Full Project Description:
Frederick County Public Schools partnered with Oak Contracting to complete a full renovation at Monocacy Elementary School. The project included installation of an Elevate 25-year 080 TPO membrane with R-30 insulation, custom-fabricated Kynar-coated sheet metal details, restoration of existing metal roofing with Tremco Solargard Acrythane coating, and integration of an S-5 Dual Snow Rail system. Through close coordination with project partners, the upgraded roofing system delivers enhanced protection, safety, and extended service life while maintaining architectural detailing.
