Full Project Description
This project featured a Tremco AlphaGuard BIO liquid-applied membrane installed directly over the concrete deck, forming the foundation of an inverted roof membrane assembly. XPS insulation, filter fabric, and reused river rock ballast enhanced thermal performance and sustainability, while Sentriclad bright copper coping added a distinct architectural element.
All work was executed with minimal disruption to occupants, supported by low-VOC materials and careful coordination. The completed system is backed by a 30-year warranty.
