Full Project Description:
Cole Roofing completed a full reroof at Church Lane Elementary School utilizing a Tremco 30-year BUR system with Ecolastic flood coat, stone surfacing, Tremlock 125 metal edge, and AlphaGuard BIO liquid-applied flashings. Architectural upgrades included Petersen Aluminum flush panels around the building perimeter and PAC 750 soffits on the canopy.
The finished project combines long-term watertight performance with clean, modern exterior detailing achieved through collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners.
