We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Plugge to Procurement, Inventory, and Fleet Manager at Cole Roofing.
Kyle has played a critical role in supporting our field teams through strong material planning, inventory control, and effective yard and warehouse operations. In his previous role as Inventory Manager, his attention to detail and commitment to accuracy helped strengthen internal processes and support reliable job costing throughout the organization.
Since joining Cole Roofing full time in 2019, Kyle has consistently taken on additional responsibility and driven meaningful improvements across our inventory, fleet, and procurement systems. His ability to identify opportunities for improvement and follow through with practical solutions has had a lasting impact on daily operations.
