Over the years, Sam has taken on increasing responsibility within the estimating department, helping to strengthen processes, support collaboration across teams, and deliver accurate, competitive proposals that set projects up for success. His deep understanding of commercial roofing systems and his ability to evaluate complex opportunities have made him a valuable resource throughout the organization.

As Chief Estimator, Sam will lead Cole Roofing’s estimating efforts while providing guidance and support to the estimating team. His responsibilities will include overseeing estimating processes, reviewing complex project opportunities, supporting bid strategy, mentoring team members, and helping strengthen coordination between Sales, Estimating, Operations, and Production.

By ensuring consistency, thoroughness, and collaboration throughout the preconstruction process, Sam and his team help customers make informed decisions while setting projects on a path toward successful execution.
